Kaifi Heracles is the visionary creator of From Separation To Unity® (FSTU) – Heart Consciousness Evolution, a transformative approach to healing and awakening that bridges ancient meditative wisdom with modern science. He is a licensed HeartMath® Coach & Mentor, a certified DVNLP® and Ericksonian Hypnosis practitioner, and a Teacher’s Trainer for Meditation and Meditative Therapies.
For many years, Kaifi has been guiding individuals, couples, and groups worldwide. His trainings, courses, and retreats have touched many hearts and continue to inspire and transform people globally. Some of his most cherished offerings include:

Kaifi’s work is deeply rooted in his personal experience. Many years of living “on the edge” eventually led to a moment of profound transformation, out of which From Separation to Unity was born: a heart-based healing system developed intuitively and resonating with the latest scientific research on heart consciousness.
Hailing from Chania on the Greek island of Crete, Kaifi has dedicated much of his life to traveling the world, sharing his presence and wisdom across cultures. He currently lives in the enchanting Eressos on the Greek island of Lesvos, where he participates fully in all dimensions of the international community of people who consciously choose to live together, as well as being part of the living pulse of the Afroz Meditation Center.
A turning point came in 2015 with the birth of his son; a life-changing experience that brought new depth to love, intimacy, and the everyday reality of family life. Together with his partner, Kaifi experiences parenting as a space for honest connection, shared growth, and learning through both beauty and challenges. Family has become a meaningful foundation where presence, care, and real-life practice come together.
His love for music and conscious movement has been a lifelong companion. A passionate DJ since his teenage years, Kaifi continues to share psychedelic trance sets and offers Ecstatic Dance journeys as extensions of the same heart-based intelligence that moves through his work, celebrating freedom, embodiment, and unity through rhythm.
His connection with conscious agriculture has become a natural extension of his path. Seeding, planting, caring for the soil, and working with the Earth have evolved into vital, grounding practices that mirror the same inner processes FSTU® invites.
In music, family, and earthwork, Kaifi finds integration — a living practice of unity that continues to evolve with simplicity, gratitude, and heart.
