FSTU® Practitioner Training
A Journey from Facilitation to Heart-Guided Mastery — Living as Love’s reflection in one-to-one presence
The FSTU® Practitioner Training is an advanced immersion into the one-to-one dimension of From Separation To Unity® (FSTU®). It deepens the Facilitator’s foundation into a space of intimacy, presence, and devotion where remembrance, healing, and transformation arise through the intelligence of the Heart.
Who It Is For
The FSTU® Practitioner Training is open only to those who have completed the FSTU® Facilitator Training. The Facilitator Training is a complete journey in itself, offering all the understanding and experience needed to hold FSTU® group processes and meditative journeys with confidence and integrity.
The Practitioner Training is not a second module, but a natural evolution. It is for those who:
- are already working with people and wish to bring the depth of FSTU® into their individual sessions,
- are beginning to guide others one-to-one, or
- feel called to explore this intimate space of remembrance, trust, and transformation.
This step marks the transition from facilitating group journeys to guiding individuals through the Heart-Guided Meditative Journey, where the meeting itself becomes the ceremony.
Essence of the Training
Over the years, the FSTU® field has expanded and clarified, evolving into a refined, substance-less ceremonial atmosphere — a space where Love leads, awareness awakens, and transformation happens naturally. This training embodies that evolution, offering a direct initiation into the art of guiding others through the Heart-Guided Meditative Journey.
Practitioners learn to hold individual sessions — both online and in person — supporting explorers who bring life themes, emotions, or patterns that obscure the natural flow of Love. Through presence, observation, and compassionate awareness, these movements are met, received, and transformed into coherence, remembrance, and unity.
Each session becomes a living ceremony. The practitioner and the explorer are both transformed, uncovering subtle layers, dissolving separation, and opening to the higher intelligence that moves through all things. This is where Love and Awareness become one movement, a direct experience of unity expressed through service.
Outline
- Entering the Field — The shift from facilitation to one-to-one presence; ethics, confidentiality, and sacred boundaries.
- Somatic Awareness & Heart Presence — Body awareness, breath coherence, and the rhythm Breathing – Relaxing – Receiving – Embracing Everything.
- Holding the Ceremonial Space — The Heart Atmosphere, Observation → Stillness → Action → Stillness, and devotion to higher intelligence.
- The Eye of Awareness — Guiding and holding space while resting in left-eye gazing and out-of-body consciousness; expanding perception beyond time and space through compassionate dialogue as living transmission.
- The Flow of the Individual Session — Welcoming, Somatic, Atmosphere, Expanding Consciousness, and Unification — the whole arc of the Heart-Guided Journey.
- Practitioner Competences — Presence, compassion, response-ability, and devotion as embodied qualities of service.
- Practice, Supervision & Certification — Guided practicum, mentorship, and qualification to offer paid individual sessions.
Objectives
By completing the FSTU® Practitioner Training, you will:
- Hold one-to-one Heart-Guided Meditative Journeys with confidence, depth, and integrity.
- Guide explorers through remembrance, healing, and integration using the Heart’s intelligence.
- Communicate through the Compassionate Language of the Heart, attuned to verbal and energetic expression.
- Stay present with emotional, energetic, and spiritual processes as they unfold.
- Support embodiment and remembrance in daily life.
- Deepen your own path of devotion, awareness, and Love — living FSTU® as a continuous ceremony.

Through this shared ceremony, both practitioner and explorer awaken together into the remembrance that Love has never been lost, only waiting to be seen.

FSTU® – The Sacred Meeting: Meeting in True
(FSTU® for Couples)
A 3-day advanced training for certified FSTU® Practitioners, entering the intimate space where two hearts meet in truth, exploring the sacred dynamic of relationship. This work opens a new dimension of the FSTU® field, guiding couples or partners into the shared space of remembrance, where presence becomes the bridge and Love remembers itself through the other.
Whether meeting a challenge, a longing to reconnect, or simply the joy of remembering each other beyond roles and stories, through truth and presence, this training offers the art of holding the sacred dynamic of relationship as a ceremony — a living reflection of Unity in motion.
